If you'd like to keep up on extra Asian food news, I’m launching "Food Finds" — a Viet World Kitchen monthly recap of food-related bits that I come across. They are things that I physically and mentally chew on. They provoke me to think about our resources, savor the season, and celebrate Asian foodways.
One of the neat articles I read was a New York Daily News story about a professional dumpling maker. No more whining about rolling, filling and folding. There was also a through blog post on the details of Hong Kong-style wonton noodle soup.
