As you may have noticed, I use a Mexican tortilla press to make dumpling skins that are darn close to perfect rounds. There are several kinds of tortilla presses to choose from and they all have their pluses and minuses.
I was asked yesterday what kind and size to recommend for dumplings and tortillas. In response, I just posted some tips on Viet World Kitchen:

I wish I had bought one of these before we left for Malaysia. It's all right though...I kinda like hand rolling my dumpling skins!

I'd be interested to see stats for other products as well.
Would you have a repartition by zone ? I think some zones are a lot more active and this information could explain the crisis/job effects.

Joe Bone plays in this one-man film noir parody with live guitar soundtrack from Ben Roe. Absolutely gripping. Amazing that one man without props can create such an atmosphere on stage. And this year you can see the sequel "Bane 2", with lead character Bruce Bane back to fight in the horror genre

No, problem. Sorry I didn't respond earlier. I was wondering what your views were, because I don't know anyone who practices this model or has any interest/knowledge in it, so I can't really ask what they think; and I appreciate you answering my questions. Like you said it would benefit me to have my own projector but it would be very costly and a hassle.
